LOLA STANDARD SHIPPING

"Lola Standard" Shipping orders are sent by Lola’s choice of carrier and method. Our shipping charges include the cost of processing the order, handling and packaging the item(s) you purchased, the delivery transportation costs and other related operating expenses. Below is a breakdown of our standard shipping rates. All orders greater than $50 are shipped free of charge.
"Lola Standard" shipping orders are processed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the receipt of order (excluding weekends and holidays) and most products are shipped from our warehouse in Northern New Jersey at Zip Code 07601. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are considered “Monday” pre-3pm orders, unless Monday is a holiday, or an emergency shut down at our warehouse. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next normal business day.

Order Verification
If there is missing information or a need to contact you about your order, one of our customer service reps will get in touch with you to verify your order and/or billing information after the purchase. If you can’t be reached, the order may get delayed or suspended until we are able to ascertain the necessary information. In order to avoid any potential delays in the delivery of your order, please double check all the information entered during the checkout process and be sure to provide us with the best way to reach you within the appropriate fields.
